1. Security Deposit Requirement

All candidates are required to pay a refundable security deposit of AED 500 prior to attending the scheduled interview arranged by Accoplacers.

2. Purpose of the Security Deposit

The security deposit confirms the candidate's genuine interest and commitment to the recruitment process and covers administrative and recruitment service costs.

3. Adjustment of Deposit Upon Selection

• If the candidate successfully qualifies and is selected for the position, the AED 500 security deposit will be retained and treated as the full service charge.
• No additional service fee will be charged in such cases.

4. Refund Policy

• If the candidate is not selected, disqualified, or not offered the position, the full security deposit of AED 500 will be refunded.
• The refund will be processed within 1–2 working days.
• The refund will be issued through the same payment method used by the candidate, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Candidate Responsibility

Candidates must attend the interview as scheduled and provide accurate and truthful information throughout the recruitment process.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the security deposit and proceeding with the interview process, the candidate confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
